A group of space-time-crime investigators founded by Dr. E Brown, centered entirely on the flagged 4900-paradox issue — see timeline. Never mentioned again in any other issue.
History
- Investigates “crimes against space-time” tied to a major event the group calls “Day Zero,” believed to be rippling through and reshaping the multiverse; sends agents backward in time on one-way missions to “course-correct” history 2019-05-12.
Unresolved
Appears only in the issue dated APRIL 17 4900 — fifteen years after the surrounding issues’ in-world 4885 setting. The very next issue in publication order reverts to 4885 and continues the ongoing war coverage as though the 4900 issue never happened; no later issue references The Agency, Dr. E Brown, or Day Zero again.
