Also heard as: Patrina Velikovna, Iflishkova
A withered vampire bride of Strahd von Zarovich, found desiccated in a crypt in the catacombs beneath Castle Ravenloft.
History
- Accidentally awakened when Nutty pours his own blood into her mouth, not realizing what she is 2023-01-30 @ 03:15:51.
- Knocked unconscious by Wu before she can fully transform, then beheaded; the party keeps her fanged skull as a trophy 2023-01-30 @ 03:17:00–03:21:00.
Unresolved
Her name is inconsistently spelled/spoken across the session as “Patrina Velikovna,” “Petrina Velikovna,” and “Iflishkova” — likely the same character referred to with two different names 2023-01-30 @ 02:19:40, @ 03:04:25.
Jake jokes in-character that killing her (“the boss”) should auto-cure Jess’s petrification “by Gorgon rules” — Rich and Nutty immediately shoot this down on mic as not how it works. Jess’s character is restored to flesh shortly after (@ 04:20:48), but the transcript ties it to a burned Fate Point in a side exchange between Pat and Jess (@ 04:18:11, @ 04:20:10) that isn’t narrated on mic, not to Petrina’s earlier death. A wiki draft previously credited Petrina’s death with the restoration; corrected here — see Alumbra.
