A massive rainforest island containing many undiscovered species of plants, insects, fungi, animals, and magical beasts — including, per a single secondhand account, a psychic parasitic plant.
History
- In-house botanist Gerome Kudzu Wünderberry is interviewed about reports of a psychic, parasitic plant that enslaves hosts to help it propagate; a single escapee claims to have tended it for 12 years before a lightning strike freed him. Research expeditions are being planned 2019-06-17.
Unresolved
The psychic-plant story rests on one secondhand, unverified account; the Gazette itself frames it as rumor pending expedition confirmation.
