TROUBLES IN THE EAST!

City of Bostur Overthrown as Nayesche Orc tribe incursion continues!

Tribal land disputes took a bloody turn this week.

The Kingdom of Squiyles has long been in land disputes with the Nayesche Orcish barbarian tribe that claim the kingdom “Over reaches their rule”.

Reports keep pouring in regarding Bloody Tuesday. The name coined for the events that took place. Here’s what we know:

Duke Harrington of Squiyles’ head was ceremoniously “rolled and kicked” through Bostur City after City hall was attacked by the Nayesche warriors. City hall was razed to the ground. Plans for an Orcish conquest-hall are underway to take its place.

“All who place a claim our lands will join the Duke in the underworld” Say’s Garthok [no surname]. When we asked Garthok for an interview he proclaimed dominance over the earth, while feasting on the remains of the locals.

Our on site representative left the field shortly there after and we were unable to get additional interviews. The Tribal leaders also let us know to “Spread the word of our conquests!” and to let our readers know that “No one is safe!”.

Red Dragon of Stroth Castle Escapes

It just gets wilder folks! There are now TWO beasts on the loose!

TWO DRAGONS!

A hole in the southern side of the King Stroth’s castle in Squiyles was opened by a bolt of lighting this week from the dragon release from the Isle of Torta!

Inside a second dragon being held captive by the king was released. In an impressive show of fire and lightning, over half the castle was destroyed! Royal evacuations began during the chaos to get the king and the royal council to safety as the royal army scrambled together to defend against this surprise attack.

By morning only 20% of the army is reported to have survived the ordeal.

CAPTAIN CALLS FOR CALM

Captain of the guard says doppelganger threat “over exaggerated”

NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT

“Disregard everything you been hearing” says Captain Tartan “Things have been a little crazy lately but that’s mostly been attributed by some kind of flu going around”.

He made this statement tuesday morning addressing the public, accompanied by the full regiment of the city guard.

The King has backed up the Captains announcement with a similar announcement asking for the public to “go about their business” and “stop bringing this up” as well as “If I even hear the word doppelganger spoken to me again I’ll throw you in the dungeons”. It seems all is back to normal is Ezaso City.

FIELD REPORT

From the journal of the daring Rex Sauvage!

A MAN OF ACTION

Caption: Rex Sauvage

I received word from king Fashim Thoronor directly, He and I are good friends you see, that their kingdom was in peril!

At once I flew to the kingdom to aid them in their time of need. Riding my trusty Griffin Sterling, we soared through the skys. To my surprise I was ambushed by a band of murderous harpies! What cowards to attack in such a large group! No matter. I jumped from Sterlings back and drew my sword! Swish, Swosh, Stab! One after the other I sunk my blade into their bodies. One by one they started falling to the earth! I kicked off the final one and shealthed my sword as I was diving toward the ground.

All four were dispatched during my decent! Sterling was quick to swoop under me and back in the saddle I was! To continue on towards the kingdom of Turgyth!

Just a day in the life of…

…Rex Savauge
