Enchant the Ship to Fly is a quest to give the party’s ship flight, and it ended with the ship bound to an elemental and controlled by the party.†
The offer
Dread Pirate Bobbert said they should get flying cast on the ship, as an easier and less evil process.† The old woman said she could enchant a boat to fly.† The enchantment costs 100,000 gold.† She said that to lift the ship she must permanently bind an air elemental, ripped from the elemental plane, in a ring around the ship in lifelong servitude.† She said the process would take two days, the first spent pulling the elemental from the plane of air and conjuring components.†
The work
Bobbert said he gave the enchantress the 100,000 gold.† A large brass arm with a large hoop in it now comes up and over the midsection of the ship.† The right-hand side of the ship now has a large spike going out that splits into a large arm.†
