Inside a room stands a stone dais bearing an ice block that is a perfect cylinder, and inside it is an elephant humanoid.†
Melting the ice
Nutty’s attempt to melt the ice by rubbing his feathers made little progress; his feathers just got really cold.† When Kurt Furbane started warming the ice, it visibly melted around the area he was warming.† Nutty’s Healer started peeing on the ice and it began to melt, leaving a nice scoop in the front of the cylinder.†† Dread Pirate Bobbert said he cast summon monster 5 to summon small fire elementals, and three went to warm the ice cylinder.† With the fire elementals surrounding it, the ice melted at a rapid rate and the elephant’s legs began to thaw out.†
The thaw
After the ice was removed, the elephant was shivering cold, conscious and awake.†
