An alchemist/investigator-type character played by Ozan — AC 22, mithril shirt, thieves’ tools, low Strength and high Dexterity. Handles most of the party’s perception, lockpicking, and disable-device checks, brews and shares potions via “alchemical allocation,” and uses tanglefoot bags and Poison Lore in a fight. The character’s name is never consistently stated; see Unresolved.

• Spots the magical glow and gold piles across the flooded dungeon’s cells, then triggers a hidden poison gas mechanism while looting them 2022-12-26 @ 00:38:55, @ 01:15:42.
• Picks the final lock to free Jess’s character from a burning cell 2022-12-26 @ 03:53:00.
• Frees the prisoner Murph, who immediately re-triggers a teleport trap 2022-12-26 @ 03:04:37–03:07:18.
• Loots the Vonderbux family signet ring from an empty crypt in the catacombs 2023-01-30 @ 02:18:27.
• Resists Strahd’s domination gaze alongside Xarthax during the boss fight 2023-02-12 @ 01:00:30.
• Fails a save prying open Strahd’s coffin with a shield and turns to stone, restored by Xarthax’s Dispel Magic 2023-02-12 @ 00:30:57–00:36:18.
• Spots the riddle on the hourglass trap and disarms the golden chest’s trap 2023-03-12 @ 00:24:30–00:34:48.
• Feeds Todd a Barkskin potion mid-fight and burns a Fate Point to keep Alumbra conscious after her critical fumble between the two golems 2023-03-12 @ 01:17:30, @ 01:37:45.
• Identifies the golems’ poison via Poison Lore and brews an antidote overnight, curing Wu and Alumbra 2023-03-12 @ 02:35:17–02:38:36.
• Absent from the next two sessions; his potions are used remotely by the party as an NPC healing source 2023-03-18 @ 00:15:32.

Unresolved

The character’s name is never consistently stated. Candidates considered and rejected:

• “Zendrick” — said once by Pat (DM), “That’s correct, Zendrick” 2022-12-18 @ 00:28:15; no second independent line anywhere in the corpus uses it.
• “Lobel” — said once by Pat while reading out a VTT token setting (“Lobel, you’re as a human”) 2022-12-26 @ 00:53:37; likely a token/display name rather than a spoken in-fiction name, and not repeated elsewhere.
• “Woo-Woo”/“Wubu Tang” — used in the mistform session, but this is a joking exchange (“My name is Woo Woo”/“I’m with Wubu. Wubu Tang.”) 2023-02-12 @ 00:25:34, @ 00:25:48, and “Woo-woo” is also the established nickname for Jake’s monk character, confirmed by name in the chat log the same campaign 2022-12-18 @ 00:24:07-00:24:08 — too ambiguous/joking to accept as this character’s name.
• “Nadi”/“Nadia” — by far the most frequent, heard dozens of times, but it recurs across entirely unrelated campaigns and characters spanning 2020 (“The Gang”) through 2025 (DungeonVice), addressed to Ozan regardless of which character he’s playing — e.g. 2020-09-28, 2020-04-13, 2023-10-01, and the DungeonVice session 3 transcript. This pattern strongly suggests “Nadi”/“Nadia” is an out-of-character nickname for Ozan himself (used alongside “Ozan”/“Ozone”), not an in-fiction name specific to this Ravenloft alchemist.
