- Follows Rich down the stairs as Rich keeps chasing The Boot, and critically wounds him for 36 damage 2025-03-31 @ 01:52:32-01:53:30.

Partway through the long fight, Rich and Nutty start calling this enemy “the captain” 2025-03-31 @ 01:43:49, @ 01:55:17, and the wiki previously tracked him as a separate NPC, The Guard Captain. No second named enemy is ever introduced on mic, Jake narrates him as “the orc” mid-fight @ 01:48:40, and he’s the one who follows Rich downstairs and whose corpse yields the Boots of Haste — so this is almost certainly just Fugly, nicknamed “the captain” by the players once the fight turned out to be much tougher than expected, not a distinct NPC.
