This goblin is a racer who deals in a purple dust and rides a carpet he and his bros call the TT.^††

The TT

The goblin said their carpet came from an old mage from the nether college and is empowered and enslaved by a storm elemental.^† He claimed that while they ride they summon powerful storms and will shock anyone who gets close.^† He looked at his bros and said they have other racers here.^†
